LG Optimus G Telstra Australia exclusive added to release list

The LG Optimus G is a much talked about smartphone just like the Nexus 4, and many markets are gaining this beauty, and now Australia is getting a piece of the pie. Mark your calendars for March 13th because this is the launch date in Sydney, Australia, there is a new save the date invite being handed out at the moment.

NTT DoCoMo in Japan have already been added to the list for the new LG Optimus G with an April launch date to boot, other countries in the LTE market have had a mention as well such as Canada, US, Singapore and Korea. This smartphone basically has the same guts as the Nexus 4 and thanks to a report via Ausdroid they confirm that this handset will have a rollout from March 13th in Australia and will be exclusive to Telstra.
We have no idea what the LG Optimus G price on Telstra will be at the moment but we will of course notify you all when we learn more, the Optimus G key features will include a 4.7-inch True HD IPS+ touchscreen display, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera on the rear, quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor clocked at 1.5GHz and resolution of 1280 x 768.
